Meet Shannon McHenry
Raised on ranches in Sheridan, Wyoming and later Ekalaka, Montana, Shannon McHenry has been surrounded by animals her entire life. From an early age, she developed a deep understanding of animal behavior along with the patience and care required to work with them.
As a teenager, Shannon participated in 4-H, where she strengthened her work ethic and expanded her knowledge of animal handling. During this time, she discovered her passion for grooming and took pride in helping animals look their best in the show ring. This early experience grew into a lifelong interest in animal care and grooming.
She continued developing her skills by grooming dogs for friends and family, where she discovered a strong appreciation for the one-on-one connection with each pet. Wanting to refine her craft, Shannon pursued professional grooming training and became a certified groomer. Over time, she built the experience and confidence to launch her own grooming business, now serving pets throughout Gillette, Rozet, and Northeast Wyoming.
With a calm, patient approach and a genuine passion for animal care, Shannon is committed to creating a low-stress, positive grooming experience for every pet. She believes grooming is not just about appearance, but about trust, comfort, and the overall health and well-being of each animal in her care.
